Placed an order with <removed by MOD> from cardiffs BT business centre 02920232425 informed him on the 21st of November my business is going live on the 11/12/15 and he assured me BT were capable of achieving this date, so he sent all the paperwork via email in which I agreed and signed been trying to find out about my order and nobody in BT can find it, customer service is one big joke
