Appointment Scheduler

Hi,

I wonder if anyone can help I have recently installed the appointment scheduler on my website.

The problem is when a customer books an appointment no notification is sent to any of our email accounts.

I have tried looking through the settings and there is no option for email notification.

It seems the only way to check if any appointments have been made is via the website center dashboard.

Not so handy if the person who needs the information is not office based and the handing out of passwords for the web account is not an option. Anyone got a work around?

Hi!

I have checked the settings for the Appointment Scheduler and the e-mail address listed is name@domain.co.uk.

Is this a valid e-mail address? If not, you are able to change this e-mail address in the Appointment Scheduler under the Company tab.

This is a valid email the problem is that when a customer books an appointment and clicks the send button the details are not forwarded onto the inbox they are only sent to the appointment scheduler in the web site management control panel.

I believe the code for the send button is set to send to the form details from the appointment scheduler to the Control panel only and not to the specified email. I think there should be an <a href="mailto "/>Attached to the send button as I am unable to access the code I can't confirm this.

The only way to send an email from the apointment page is to click the email link.

I did see in the code that it says

As you stated, it should say

Notice the "/" at the end? Try editing this in the code!

Hi,

The source code for the page does show a closing slash for the anchor attribute see below.

The problem is that this code is not editable all the details which are entered for the Scheduler are done in the website control panel.

Have a look under SITE BUILDERS>APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER in the website control panel.

The code relevant to the submit button is java script which is accessed
from another source which the end user "Me" has no access to. I have
tried opening the relevant files in the cgi bin but I am unable to.

Here is the code relevant to the submit button

The "reserve" file in cgi-bin is the only one installed on my server. If I could access it one line of code would resolve this issue

Think I will have to take the service down as we have lost two or three survey leads already.

Has the appointment/ email issue been resolved?

We would like to use this also however logging onto BT to check appointments is not practical all of the time - is a "fix" likely where email confirmation would be sent to both business & customer?
