Needs more work on it but as prices change frequently and offers become available I've been concentrating on the product listing rather than the design of the website.

Hey 18ME,

You shouldn't put yourself down, the site looks good, I noticed you are using PayPal for payments it mght be worth looking at Sage Pay that BT launched recently because it can work out a lot cheaper if you expect a reasonable level of sale's through the site, and it looks great as it's all embeded in the site!

Hi Orchie,

Thanks for the kind comments on the site but I know it could look better with some work although it takes me ages to do most things on a computer as they do confuse me at times.

I only started to accept Paypal through the website as I know a lot of people now will only use Paypal and we do quite a bit on Ebay. We do accept most other cards anyway and process them through the shop terminal.

We're a UK-based company selling only the top-selling brand name toys. Our primary sales model is through a network of agent using a full colour brochure. Agents order online and we deliver free through the agents, or can send via Royal Mail.

I chose BT as they've never let me down with the Business Broadband packages I've had off them in the past, including several house moves, and the design of ePages by BTwebconsult developer William Harvey exceed my expectations and the training was excellent.

Hi Steve,

One thing I noticed that you might want to check out, is the 'fair play guarantee' link on the left seems to give a page not found error.

Other than that, I have to say that it is a superb looking site. Definately one of the best looking eShops I have seen.

Hi Dave,

You're very kind, although I can't take credit for the design - I have a great graphic designer who's produced the artwork and style. BT did a great job of matching the original concept, though.

Thanks for pointing out the page error - there are a few glitches that I still need to address, but that's not down to the product or BT, it's me changing standard pages and not yet finishing!
