Web form dosn't work.

Im having problems with my webform in Easy Site.

When a message gets submitted all we receive is a blank message with just the IP address of the sender.

Any ideas?

Domain name is www.gardenbuild.com

This usually happens when within the Element Properties of the form no "Input Name" has been given. Without an Input Name the field is ignored when the form is submitted.

To correct this double click on the web form and enter an Input Name for each Element you wish to capture data from.

Hiya

I seem to be having the same problem here and no idea how to make it work!

I have put separate form fields in for people to input details.

I have tested it by filling out each field.

When I click submit I get an email but blank with an IP address.

(I have input names as the headings of the fields, but the value field is blank)

Can anyone advise?

Looking at your page, you seem to have 2 separate forms for a start and only one of them has a submit button so you will need to fix this. Even if the form was working correctly only the second half of it is getting submitted because that is the one with the submit button.

Haveing had a look at your source code, I am pretty sure that you have not got an input name on any of the fields. See post 2 of this thread and double check that you have this set up for every field.
