bt e-Shop - problems with product rating function

Is anyone having any issues accessing their customers product ratings in the back end? Everytime I click on product rating I keep being directed to the general utilisation tab! its so annoying as customers have said they have spent the time to give feedback but i cant see it! I contacted BT about it and have had no response almost a month on! Im annoyed im paying for a service which doesnt work fully!

Hi Milkbug

I don't think there is a problem with your site I think the problem is with the package you have the product rating feature is only available in the eShop Elite version. And when you click on the link in the backend of your site it is taking you to the general utilisation tab to show you that it's not available in the package you have.

Thanks for that - that may explain it! Ill have a look as up until recently I was able to access the product ratings etc. On my site as well there are options for people to submit a review, so not sure why I have that functionality if I cant access the reviews.

It may have been available up until the products were re-launched and the elite version was introduced.

You are right as I have just gone back into my site and had a look and all the functionality that was there before has gone! thats such a bummer really! 45 a month is quite a bit for the elite, but may actually be worth it.
