Cancelling Web Hosting Package

Does anyone know if a web hosting package can be cancelled?

I've only had it 4 days but after much frustration and too many hours going back and forth for help with things as simple as billing, I want to cancel but keep my domain name. Just tried the billing department, and was told it wasn't the right number! I can't even access my account to work on my website and no-one seems to be able to help. Have just spent the best part of 2 hours on to BT going back and forth and am totally fed-up. Sorry to be so negative, but life is too short!

It's pretty simple, you can login to the online control panel or better still, ring customer services (150) from your BT Business Line m(if you have one)
