Setting UP 5 Static IPs with DrayTek Vigor2850n

Having looked at most of the other posts about setting up static IPs on non-BT hardware (specifically DrayTek Vigor) I still have some questions.

I have been provided with the following by BT:

You’ve ordered a range of Static IP addresses, which contains 8 addresses from 217.xxx.xxx.129 to 217.xxx.xxx.133. Three of these are reserved:

network address: 217.xxx.xxx.128
router/Hub address: 217.xxx.xxx.134
subnet mask address if you have 5 Static IP addresses: 255.255.255.248

My questions are:

1. Do I set the WAN IP or do I let that assign dynamically?

2. If I do set it, is that the network address above?

3. Can I set the static IPs (217.xxx.xxx.129 to 217.xxx.xxx.133) as WAN IP aliases?

4. If not, must I create an IP routed sub-net using the router/Hub address and sub-net mask above?

5. Is there anything I've missed?

Hi, this is just my opnion but would be best to get a confirmation from them.

1. You need to assign them statically.
2. Yes
3. With the Subnet that you gave, you can assign .129 to .134
4.
5. That's it. You can just assign a private IP in your LAN side of the router
