The problem with fonts on the web is that for them to work correctly, the person viewing the site must have that font on their machine. Most people will only have a small set of fonts, which is why there is generally only a small amount of fonts in use on most websites.

Hi all

I've read a few posts on here and the word frustrating keeps cropping up in various forms, I signed up recently for the pro web package, having no previous web experience and so wanting something simple to get my business out and about on the www, so now I'm paying my £15 a month but am amazed at how basic the templates are, I can't move the menu around, change colours, import fonts, in fact there's more options available to type this e-mail . None of the basic stuff I thought would be available with a template, so now I either pay someone to design it for me (£500 with BT), or read a lot of books on HTTP, FTP clients, PHP, maybe a bit of Flash oh and then buy Dreamweaver.

Or am I missing something?

rgds
