Thanks Ian

That worked fine. I'm assuming that, as I'd already published it once, I won't need to re-do the submissions to the search engines.

thanks again

Eve

editing a published website?

Hi - me again!

I published my website; it seems ok generally (well, it will do for now). But, I've noticed an error which I must correct before it appears on any search engine.

I've had a couple of tips as to where to go to do this editing but neither of them worked for me.

Do I go to the same BT page as the one I created it, ie the BT Website Centre (myoffice.bt.etc), and click on 'go' and then try and edit my site again - I tried this and it wouldn't load.

Or is there another link somewhere that I need to click on to access my site. It's not the FTP pages that need amending, but the actual site pages that I created using ESW. I just do not know where to start. I really need some very basic instructions on how to physically access my site for editing purposes.

Please help, someone.

I noticed also when looking at my site on the browser that the tab names do not reflect the actual page names. I had a number of problems with the menu editor which I think I've not used correctly and now think it may cause me some problems. For example, I wasn't able to save the 'keywords' etc - thing just wouldn't work.

thanks

Eve

Hi Eve,

From your website I assume you are using easysite wizard pro.

In this case all you do is to log into myoffice.bt.com and click on "manage your websites" then on "manage yourdomain.com".

Start up Easy Site Wizard Pro and on the main screen click on your existing site then click on "Edit" at the top.

Click on the link relating to the page you require, make your changes and click save, then publish.

Ian - F -
