Orders not showing up in order section.

Hope someone can help, I have had an order but there is no details of it in the admin section of my eshop. Googlecheckout have sent me a message saying https://www.btowstore.com/epages/BT.sf/?ChangeAction=BlockMonitor&ViewAction=GoogleCheckoutNotification .

Hi, I think I have solved it I believe it was something to do with the email. I was also wondering if there is anyone that can look at my website and give me a few tips and to give me an honest opinion of it. The URL is www.furniturebargain4u.co.uk thanks
