Unable to access public folder

I'm using FileZilla and Dreamweaver and neither is able to access the public folder of my website. In FileZilla it times out after the message Response: 150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for file list.

I guess something similar is happening in Dreamweaver as it won't connect either.

The permissions on the Public Folder are diffrerent from the others i.e. drwx--S---. The others don't have the 'S'.

Not had any problems in the past. I can access the folder through the File Manager on the BT website.

Anyone got any ideas of what the problem is? I'm running Vista in a 64bit Computer although FileZilla has the same problem on my XP laptop.

Might be worth reporting to support, see if they can replicate it. Occassionally permissions issues do occur and things need reset or adjusted.
