I have booked in a domain name with bt, and have designed and published it.

When you type in the url it appears intact

So what is this activate your free web space option?

Should I activate it?

A pevious questioner was given the link to activate it and a step by step description of how to do it.

But why should I do it?

All accounts come with free webspace regardless of the account type. But you can also purchase paid for webspace.

If you have a paid for webspace to go with the domain, then ignore the free webspace.

If you do not have any paid for webspace to use with the domain then you may need to use this, but you are much better with the paid for space.
