    <description>&lt;P&gt;no you're not missing anything! Try dragging from near the item you want to pull in, not the item itself, imagine a box round it and click somewhere in that.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sometimes it drags part way and you'll need to repeat.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;it says drag and click and nothing&amp;nbsp; gets dragged, this is using the design wizard tools.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there something I am missing?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
