I have a website which i would like to change to another type of site, i have just spent 57 mins on the phone to BT being passed from one person to another all of them totally clueless to how i go about this, so i have decided it will be easier for me to just cancel my package and go with someone else, now i cant find out how to go about cancelling my package, im not wasting another minute on the phone to BT so hopefully someone can tell me how to do this online

i think dave is right.

thing is though that there may be problems getting off with it because the rule is that you have to register it yourself so if it goes wrong its your own fault and have to pay a registration fee or something
