Hello,

I am setting up a site using EasySiteWizard but I am having a problem linking a photo to a new page that I have created. I can see the new page that I have created but I cant see where the address for the page is kept. I can see where I add the URL on the photo but all of my pages seem to have the same URL "https://hosting.hostingbt.com/OS4/index.php?frameLoader=sitemanager_FS#" Has anyone got any ideas where I can find the individual URL's?

Thanks

Peter

Hi

I'm sorry about the problems. If you can let me know your domain name, the version of EasySiteWizard youare using (Pro or 6.0), and details of the page you have created and where you have created it, and i can try and get some information for you.

Kind Regards

Fiona

BT Business Forum Moderator

Hi Fiona,

I am using EasySiteWizard 6.0 and the details are www.tlmags.com the page that I am trying to link to is http://www.tlmags.com/page.1html and I am linking from The Travel & Leisure Magazine front cover photo on the page http://www.tlmags.com/page.2html. It is strange as I can link to external sites and see them when I use the check link facility but not the internal pages.

Thanks for your help.

Regards

Peter

Hi

It looks like you don't have any other pages, except index.html, under your public folder. This will be why you are unable to create links to the pages(http://www.tlmags.com/page1.html, http://www.tlmags.com/page2.html). In order to be able to create working links, you should have these pages under your public folder.

Kind Regards

Fiona

BT Business Forum Moderator

Hi Fiona,

Does this mean that when I have finished creating the site and press the publish button the pages will automatically go into my public folder or do I have to do something else to make them live?

Regards

Peter

Hi Plewsey,

You would need to put all the pages into your public folder, once you click the publish button after doing this your website should go live.

Thanks

Tracey

BT Forum Moderator
