I am being billed for services I no longer have

I left BT Business on 18th July 2023 and moved my services to a new provider. Every month since I have received a bill. I have talked to your telephone advisors every time, and the bill has been cleared. Every time they have promised me that the issue has been dealt with and I would no longer receive monthly bills. Have a guess what?? New month, new bill. I'm getting a little fed up with this and I am considering what action I can take, legal or otherwise, to resolve this issue once and for all.
