topic BT not resolving problems - can I bill them for my contractor's time? in Billing

Sorry to talk about such a beloved company in such a bad way! Will try and keep as breif as possible.

BT have muddled up my small business' bills, this has been going on for 6 months.

We have finally got somewhere with the exec res team in October, until the case handler just started ignoring emails - we left them to it until a £6000 bill dropped this week to which they have been asked to put on hold until the complaint has resolved.

Whilst I will seek them to wipe the bill as a goodwill gesture once the isues have been resolved, my problem is my IT contractor has been the main driver of resolving/discussing with BT. Am I able to forward my contractor's invoices onto BT and think it is resonable for them to pay for his time resolving this?

Thanks in advance.
