      <title>BT Corporate Billing - Escalation / Complaint</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how to formally complain in writing with regards to BT Corporate Billing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've got numerous services that have BT seem unable to cease correctly some of which were originally requested to be ceased in 2021!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're now in a position where the estimated credit due is in the many thousands and yet I don't seem to be able to get this escalated to a point where it can get resolved.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
