That may be the case but having been asked for account details and wanting to send PIN codes to authorise access to accounts is that true for all contributors ?

I apologise to those who are simply trying to dig BT out of the swamp, I do have to ask why though.

Is it a community service order or something ?

Myself and AdamC are BT employees and moderate this community. There are a few other employee accounts but they do not moderate posts. Everyone else is not. Some people want to help their fellow customers with their issues, which is the purpose of a community like this.
