    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi. I have multiple complaints logged. With bills phone not working etc… now complaint handler can only deal with one. Can’t see relevant screens and tells me to log with other departments. &amp;nbsp;I have many people saying they have logged issues but no help. Hours on phone. Am a pensioner and my husband had cancer we are very stressed. Bills over £100 plus &amp;nbsp;gradually bits off to £75. But can’t see what should pay. All gone wrong since new contract and cloud thing!! Who can I contact who really can resolve without being put to different depts and hours on phone. Wits end&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
