    <description>&lt;P&gt;We started a new contract in December 2023. The new contract is for cloud voice phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Previously we had BT one&amp;nbsp; phone, and cloud voice . as we didn't need the mobile bt phone we didn't renew it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have been billed continuously since December 2023.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have contacted the sales team, who have mysteriously all left or gone on holiday, or say its nothing to do with them.&amp;nbsp; There was a conversation with the local BT one team manager Jack Bond who stated that they would raise a IMP, We would then receive a credit, Our June DD has been taken again including a payment for the mobile services that we don't have.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there any one who can advise on how we can resolve this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have tried Email. Watts App, Telephone call, being on hold for 55 mins then line going dead.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
