can you advise please

I am out of contract for

2x LL phones and BB FTTH Halo 3 and TNT Sports

Im having problems renewing on a new deal

I get billed to myself at my home address BUT C/O my company

the DD gets paid out of my company bank account

after 4 1xhour calls to BT i now have 2 accounts (dont ask me why?)

Are these domestic or business as that my be my problem

Hi,

An account starting GB is only residential so for this you do need to contact them.

Any other accounts could be business.

If you privately message me I will take the other account numbers you have and check what they are for.
