    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have been incorrectly billed for an amount based on charges incurred on an incorrect assumption that we breached a 36 month contract (incorrect - BT removed us).&lt;BR /&gt;Despite several emails to the local business manager and a BT local business manager assigned to our account last year over the last 10 days - no reply.&lt;BR /&gt;Too add - before the amount was taken from our business account ,we spent 2 days on calls to BT Business once we (were advised) to create an online account (via the VP number we were given some years ago).&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Its very (very) frustrating!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
