Confusion of home/business accounts?

Hi all,

Looking for guidance, I log into business account every 3 months to get my bills for HMRC, and every time I do/try, I get the same issues. It may be me whos doing it wrong , Im not sure.

So when I go to the site I get the choice...home or business , I choose business and enter my details and i get the following

Looks like this is your home account (which is an old one and closed )

Register for a business My Account using a different email. (I know this doesnt help but I dont want to register for a business account as I already have one SOMEWHERE and I have last HMRC quarters bills in front of me to verify that, so where is my business account TODAY)

So as I say I log in as per normal and it takes me to my OLD home account rather than my business account and as far as i am aware I am doing exactly as i always do , which to be honest takes at least an hour or so to sort/find it.

my question is what am I doing wrong? and if someone could supply me with the exact web address that will take me to the business accounts.

my product is a bt cloud phone if that helps.
