How to follow up on complaint I raised

Long story short, I renewed my contract in June, I've been overbilled for the wrong services since, raised a complaint and I'm now being hassled about non-payment (I'm actually owed ~£300 in over charging)

I have a complaint number and want to send an eMail since the offshore customer services line (0800..156) is appalling.

Does anyone else know how to formally escalate a lodged complaint?

Hi, details can be found here: Our complaints code of practice In essence, if you advise your case handler that you wish this to be escalated, they will do this for you. I hope this helps.
