Anyone know how to log a Fault call with BT for drop out issues with my Broadband router

I'm trying to log a call for my rounter droping out... i'm using the website I get to the message below click on Continue and it send me back to https://help.business.bt.com/

Have try 5 or 6 time now.. is there away to just log a fault call please?

if you are having a problem logging a fault online, you can contact our Business chat team or call the Business helpdesk on 0800 800 154, to get your fault reported.
