&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to log a call for my rounter droping out... i'm using the website I get to the message below click on Continue and it send me back to &lt;A href="https://btbusiness.custhelp.com/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://help.business.bt.com/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have try 5 or 6 time now.. is there away to just log a fault call please?&lt;/P&gt;
