Hammersmith in 2020 at 8Mbps

My bt connection in hammersmith is the standard copper wire internet. I wanted to know if someone can tell me if this can be upgraded. I asked BT andgot two different answers:

1. Person 1 who installed BT told me that I should be able to get upto 60Mbps

1. Person 2 on Bt business chat told me that I was on fastest possiblefor this line

Hi Envigo,

The Fibre checker for BT Openreach can be found - https://www.openreach.com/

this will give you an indication if Fibre is available if it isn't then we the ISP cannot offer you a faster service then what you currently have
