&lt;P&gt;Sorry to hear you are having these issues. What I believe they mean is connecting the Mac via cable into the back of the router. Now I know lots of Macs do not actually have ethernet ports to connect a cable to, so it may be that an adaptor is needed to connect it up.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;From what they have advised I would assume that they believe the issue is one with the wireless connection, and as such they want to you connect the Mac via a cable. If this is the case, has anyone on our end gone through any wireless troubleshooting with you?&lt;/P&gt;
