What I believe they mean is connecting the Mac via cable into the back of the router. Now I know lots of Macs do not actually have ethernet ports to connect a cable to, so it may be that an adaptor is needed to connect it up.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>From what they have advised I would assume that they believe the issue is one with the wireless connection, and as such they want to you connect the Mac via a cable.
