    <description>&lt;P&gt;No Broadband now for 9 days ,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;4 days 3 engineers to say i need a new router !!!!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2 more days to wait for router - plug in and nothing solid orange .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dozens of phone calls and no call backs&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Last engineered stated it was going to be a build issue or my account has been compromised , this was relayed back to BT, and nothing is being communicated as to what is being done&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;UTTERLEY disgusted with the way my problem is being handled ....simple fact is its not&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Now 13 days no internet&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;5 engineer visits, and nobody knows what to do , so its just left unresolved , all because the router (brand new) will not go into sync.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As a Business we have just survuved Covid , but BT will be our downfall .....DISGUSTED&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
