&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry to hear about the issues with the Openreach installation and that it has taken a long time for a reply. In instances like this where Openreach have damaged property &lt;A href="https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/when-to-get-in-touch-with-openreach/complaints-policy" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;you can raise a complaint to them directly here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/A&gt;BT can only raise faults when it is affecting the service.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Open Reach installed fibre in my parents home, what a shambles. I am unable to upload a photo but the pipe cable coming up through their footpath is not inline with protective cable cover going into their home cable is exposed such a mess the engineer should be ashamed of himself. Open reach will not address the issue but when it goes viral I bet it'll raise a few questions.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
