Hi I have a couple of questions so I will list on seperate posts but this is NO1.

The Fibre is on the over head post outside our door approx 3M away. BUT they say I cannot have it. Many other neighbours have it and they are on other much further away?

Im confused how do I get this sorted?

I’m sorry to hear you are getting mixed messages about your fibre connection. This is something I can help with. If you PM directly I can find out if fibre is available or when fibre will be available. Then hopefully we can get some closure for you
