Power cycling means disconnecting the cables from the primary power source, waiting until the router has undergone the usual boot-up sequence and then plugging the wires in again. There is a higher chance for your broadband connection to start working after power cycling.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
