topic Openreach have used the ONT's intended for a different purpose and not provided new ones in Broadband

Good Evening, In the medical centre that I work in our health board installed two ONT's which were intended to be for our back up FTTP circuits which they require us to have installed.

We are currently in the process of having a new phone system installed and share a comms room with a practice which uses the same building and we both ordered 80/20 FTTP circuits which have now been installed. The engineer who was on site to complete these used the ONT's that were intended for the back up circuits despite us ordering new ONT's. Is there anyway we can rectify this?

Thanks in Advance. Anne
