BT Essential Digital Home Phone and BT Business Cloud Voice Express?

HI. I've just had BT Business Broadband installed along with Cloud Voice Express. In terms of handsets can I use my existing BT Essential Digital Home Phones? They sync to the SmartHub2 just fine, but cannot find a phone line.

If the answer is no, what phones can I use?

Hi londonthing,

The Cloud Voice Express service will only work with the associated Yealink handsets sold by BT Business. There is a corded or cordless option. If you'd like for me to arrange for a handset to be sent out, please send me a PM and I'll take some of your account details.
