I have a new business hub 2 operating clod voice phones . I use to get bt sport with my previous by hub but can no longer get it does anyone know why cheers

Hi DDP,

The BT Sport app is no longer included with new broadband orders. Can you confirm if this was a re-sign to an existing contract or a brand new order? If it was a re-sign or re-grade and you had access to the app previously, you should retain the app.
