&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If the Smart Hub 2 is in bridge mode then the Hybrid Connect device won't work i.e using the Hub as a modem only. There's a guide to enabling/disabling bridge mode via the hub manager here: &lt;A href="https://help.business.bt.com/app/categories/guide/a_id/54889/view/54858/c/5559/" target="_blank"&gt;Using Smart Hub 2 as a modem only | BT Business&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;
