Hi Harpia,

As you've said, the Hybrid Speed Boost would require at least 3 bars of 4g signal for it to be used on your copper line.

Thanks,

Hi, looking for some information regarding the Hybrid Speed Boost.

Do you require a minimum 4G connection ie 2 or 3 bars to use this.

I live rurally and so I only get a 4.5mps copper connection and can only get a 2 bar EE mobile signal. in my mind if I can get 10 to 15 mps with the 4G signal linked with the copper then I would get a reasonable speed.

I've seen no information regarding minimum 4g signal speed required, the problem I have is that I'm told I don't get a 4g signal and apparently there is a policy stating 3bar 4g signal required. I've got another 4g router popped an EE sim in and got an instant solid 2 bars.

Any help appreciated
