Bridge Mode & Trial SOGEA Connection

Good morning!

I am hoping for some advice, we are currently trailing a SOGEA VDSL connection with a Smart Hub 2, this connection will be a failover connection should our leased line fail, in order to configure this I need the Smart Hus 2 in bridge mode so I can connect it to the WAN interface on our SonicWALL. In theory, it's straightforward, however, every time I place the Smart Hub 2 into Bridge Mode the connection drops, I'll be calling BT support this afternoon, I'm just wondering if anyone else has come across this issue and can offer advice?
