BT Business Smart Hub 3 Back up/Restore greyed out?

Recent FTTP install and everything setup and working well so I would like to take a back up of my hub settings...

But I can't because the option is greyed out and it cannot be selected.

Am I missing something or is this a known fault/bug/issue etc.?

Yes my hub is the same - the options to take a backup are greyed out.

I also notice that there is no option to update the device name for a given connection which would be very useful where the default name is the MAC address, and no field either for the device type !

Thanks, I think the FW could do with some refining.

The actual hub works well but lacks what I would consider basic functionality.

Hopefully this will improve with updates.

I see that they have now removed the backup option fully from the firmware!
