      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have moved offices and chose bt business.&amp;nbsp; I was sent a smart hub 3, which all works fine.&amp;nbsp; I have a synology VPN server that I have tried to access externally and have been unable to.&amp;nbsp; I had no issues with this before,&amp;nbsp; I have opened all the required ports on the smart hub but still can't seem to access the vpn.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any advice?&amp;nbsp; Do I need to use a different router?&amp;nbsp; if so how do I set this up?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
