&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If your BT Business Hub's Broadband light is slowly flashing green&lt;/STRONG&gt;, it's trying to connect your broadband service. If the flashing continues:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;UL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check the status of your broadband service at&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="http://help.business.bt.com/app/service_status" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;BT Service Status&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Check that the red broadband cable is correctly fitted into your hub and the&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;LAN1&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;socket on the Openreach modem.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restart your hub by unplugging the power cable and plugging it in again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/UL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't go steady green, you'll need to get in touch.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;If your BT Business Hub's Broadband light is quickly flashing green&lt;/STRONG&gt;, it hasn't been able to connect to the ADSL signal for more than 3 minutes. Try:&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;OL&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Restarting your hub by unplugging the power cable and plugging it in again.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Wait a few minutes while your hub starts up.&lt;/LI&gt;
