    <description>&lt;P&gt;Why do I receive the following error?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-left" image-alt="BT Converged Hub.png" style="width: 400px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/1838iED798904901697A1/image-size/medium?v=v2&amp;amp;px=400" role="button" title="BT Converged Hub.png" alt="BT Converged Hub.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is a new Smart Hub 2 switched to bridge mode and connected to router.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internet now lost and cannot access Smart Hub admin console via ethernet.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My router worked perfectly with our previous ISP's modem in bridge mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can this BT Converged Hub error be resolved immediately please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We can't see the image until a mod approves it.&amp;nbsp; Can you quote the actual text?&amp;nbsp; Is the hub showing an orange light?&amp;nbsp; Which port on the hub are you connecting to the router?&amp;nbsp; Can you 'see' the hub in File Explorer, maybe you have the wrong IP address?&amp;nbsp; Whatever computer you use to connect must be on the same subnet i.e 192.168.1.xxx&lt;/P&gt;</description>
