Transfering Port forwarding,Dyndns settings etc

Hi, Can anyone help me please? How do you transfer port forwarding settings from one BT SMART HUB2 to another BT SMART HUB 2?

I have about 16 CCTV cameras and dyndns setting etc.

I am told maybe my first router is faulty so need to swap routers.

I tried backup and restore but doesn't seem to work, Am I doing it wrong?

I keep getting the message the file you are trying to restore is not for this router.
