BT Net 200mb Fibre Setup Router

Good Morning,

I have a BT Net wires only service 200mb I'm trying to setup getting very little help so far.

Eventually got through to someone that was able to send me our IP addresses.

IPv4 Non-Directly Connected Section
IPV4 Network Address    : 217.41.**.**
IPV4 Network Mask               : 255.255.255.248
IPV4 Next Hop Address   : 31.55.**.**

I would like to setup this using a unifi edge router ideally with one server behind it using a static ip address and everything else on the network able to use NAT

I'm not sure how to work out what my IP addresses are, some information online suggests 5 after the IPV4 address where as other info suggests one up from the next hop address.

Hopefully someone else here has done this before.

Thanks for your response. So far they have been really hard to get hold of. Multiple transfers and very little information. I was hoping as others have done that a little more help could be gained here.

Thanks I have called that number and now have the correct information which is completely different to that in the email.
