    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a BT Hub Manager with firmware (v0.41.01.10137-BT). I have disabled my firewall with a now red-status off, but I am still unable to ping my public IP (nor the public DNS servers) from external. I am also unable to browse to my hub web page externally also.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do I need to ask BT IT team to allow pings and other traffic through incoming to my BT hub?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Are you a business or domestic customer?&amp;nbsp; Which Smart Hub do you have?&amp;nbsp; On my BT Business Smarthub 1 there is a setting to allow incoming pings.&amp;nbsp; It's under advanced settings, firewall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have a static IP?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
