BT Business Broadband early cancellation fee

Hi,

I have an account with 2 BT Business Broadband lines on it.

I'd like to keep the first one which I have had for years, the second one is no longer needed and has been in operation for around 6 months of a 24 month period. Is there any way to reduce or negate the £500+ cancellation fee for this?

Hi Moodles

if you terminate your broadband services within your 24 month contract, you will be held liable for Early Termination Charges as laid out in Clause 12.2 of the Terms and Conditions here. These ETCs will not be reduced.
