    <description>&lt;P&gt;Business Customer Services are so frustrating! They totally ignore complaints and will not get back in contact. Every time I phone I get told a manger will call back within 2 hours but they never do. Every one I speak to says they will now take responsibility for my case but then I don't hear from them again! Every one says they will escalate my complaint but can't explain what this escalation might involve. It certainly doesn't seem to do anything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any advice on how to get a manager to talk to me? The people I speak to are very polite but they can do nothing to help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am so frustrated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
