60 Mbps Line

Hello all,

Looking for some advice here. 🙂

I just switched to BT Business on a 38mbps package because that is all BT would allow at the time of order I assumed this was just some type of address issue I know our line supports up to 60 Mbps. I have contacted live chat to no avail paying extra isn't an issue just need the speed profile lifted off the line. 38Mbps isn't all that's available because our line was supplied with 60 Mbps with TalkTalk.
