      <description>&lt;P&gt;Are you a residential or business customer?&amp;nbsp; Are you with BT?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cordless phones and microwaves can interfere with wifi.&amp;nbsp; Are you using wifi?&amp;nbsp; Can you connect directly to the hub using an Ethernet cable and see if this is better?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can anyone advise when you provide zero information?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
