We have been "upgraded" to the new Smart Hub 3, which is refusing to talk to any of our Windows 10 PCs, unilaterally. We have 3 Windows 11 computers, and also of older Macbooks and iMacs which connect with no problem - but something about the wifi connection is not working with any Windows 10 device.

I am the in-house IT and have run all the usual connection troubleshooting routines, but no juice.

Has anyone else had this issue at all? We are a small charity and really cannot afford to replace half of our IT because of the Smart Hub
